The Original 3 Men Movers was founded in 1986 by John Fischer. With limited resources and capital, Fischer started the moving company with only one truck and a small staff. His hard work, honesty and grassroots marketing efforts paid off. Word spread and his company grew.
Fischer hired his daughter Jacky as a consultant to analyze current practices and to identify business growth opportunities. In 2004, Fischer's daughter Jacky Noons became CEO of the Houston moving company.
To date, this moving company has grown from one truck to a fleet of more than 40 and from one employee to more than 100 staff and associates. The Original 3 Men Movers Inc. offer comprehensive moving services. Services the Houston movers offer include packing, disassembly of furniture, transporting belongings, unpacking, local Houston and San Antonio Storage. The Houston mover has also recently added Movits, mobile storage to it's list of value-added moving services.

About Our Moving Trucks
Even though we started with only one truck, today the 3 Men Movers fleet includes more than 40 moving trucks to help you with your move. All 3 Men Movers moving trucks and vans hold valid TxDMV numbers located clearly on the side of each vehicle. We hold our trucks to a higher standard than even the Texas DMV. If the trucks are not clean inside and out, have tread on tires, are free of dents and damage and have a good physical appearance, the truck will be removed until it passes. These truck inspections are done every Monday.
Standard Moving Trucks
The 3 Men Movers' standard 24 foot trucks are equipped with the tools it takes to help make your move as smooth as possible. Our trucks are 24 feet, which is the size of the largest U-Haul that you see on the road. The height clearance of our standard truck is 12 feet. You can fit boxes up to 9 feet tall and 8 feet wide in our trucks. Our moving trucks are designed to hold an average 3 bedroom home!*
