General Terms and Conditions:

Section I: Replacement Value is defined as follows. The value of the property shall be based on the following amount:

Current market replacement cost of the property with deductions for depreciation.

The full cost of reasonably restoring the property to its condition immediately before loss.

The cost of replacing the property with substantially identical property.

Section II: 3 Men Movers shall be liable for physical loss of or damage to, any articles from external cause while being carried or held in storage-in-transit EXCEPT loss, damage or delay caused by or resulting from:

Defect or inherent vice of the article, including susceptibility to damage beacuse of atmospheric conditions such as temperature and humidity or changes therein;

• Loss or damage caused by or resulting from insects, moths, vermin, ordinary wear and tear, condition or flavor of perishable articles;


• Acts of God


• Acts or war or civil unrest;


• Loss or damage to accounts, bills, deed, evidence of debt, letters of credit, passports, documents, railroad or other tickets, notes, securities, money, currency, bullion, precious stones, jewerly, and/or other similar valuables, paintings, statuary and other works or art, manuscripts, mechanical drawings, live animal and live plants;


• Mechanical derangement defined as malfunctions of sensitive mechanical or electronic equipment that cannot be specifically traced to mishandling;

Section III: All claims must be files in writing within 90 days of the move

Secion IV: Customers; deductible is $350.00

Added Value Protection Coverage Must be Purchased 24 hours before the scheduled move.
