Moving and Own a Piano? We Can Move it Safely!
Baby Grand or Upright, it’s Your Baby, and We’ll Move it Right.
If you're moving and a piano is a part of your belongings, we've got experience and we'd be happy to help. Too many movers treat a piano as if it is just another piece of furniture, and fail to understand that a piano is a fragile instrument. It may be large, but it requires a gentle touch.
Moving a piano involves more than picking it up and loading it safely - special care must be taken to avoid stressing the strings and knocking the instrument out of tune. They require a strong crew to lift and load them without placing tension on the instrument. You will never catch our crew pushing, pulling, or dragging a piano!
Can 3 Men Movers Move Your Piano?
Since we do require a two hour minimum and a trip charge, we can definitely help, as long as moving your piano is a part of a larger move. If that's the case, know that while many movers may cost a small fortune to move your piano, our prices are very reasonable. In addition to the trip charge and hourly rate, we charge a mere $40 for upright and $150 for baby grand pianos, with a $100 charge for every flight of stairs required.
Please note that we cannot move grand pianos or move pianos out of state.
Moving pianos can be tricky depending on the size and weight, so if a piano is a part of your move, give us a call and we'd be happy to discuss the details!
