The Long Distance Trip Charge must be paid in advance. Should you cancel 24 hours in advance, it will be refunded 100%. We do not guarantee that everything will fit in one load or an exact time of arrival for 2nd moves of the day. The labor time starts when you sign the crew in at the starting address. The time continues during the loading, transport, and unloading of your household goods at your ending address until you sign them out. There is a two hour minimum charge for labor and the balance will be collected on the day of your move.
