2020 Year In Review: Looking Back To Move Forward

2020 Year In Review: Looking Back To Move Forward

What a Year!

We can all agree that 2020 was a bit of a rollercoaster… In this year of “uncertain times”—a term we’re ok with never hearing again— we’re incredibly grateful for the support of our movers, staff, and customers. You were all so vital to our growth in 2020, it feels like we can do anything with you in our corner. Take a look at our biggest highlights of the year, made possible by you!

We Hustle

Working hard comes naturally to our team, and we’ve got the numbers to prove it. 2020 was full of eye-opening outcomes and some really proud moments—like achieving a record-low claims rate and working with amazing influencers.

Fewer Claims. More Smiles.

Thanks to a deep tune-up of our processes, our customer claims rate dropped to 1.39% in 2020 from 1.41% (2019)! That means you’ll have even greater assurance that your items are in the hands of true professionals.

2020 Success

Technology was a huge help, already having processes in place to allow movers and office staff to work remotely was probably the single most crucial thing that we already had in place.
I believe we became a company that is no longer bound by anything.

We Respect That Your Home Is Sacred

In an insanely difficult year, COVID-19 prompted shifts in the real estate market as consumers increasingly opted for trustworthy and efficient movers. Stepping up and leading means proving our commitment to your safety and our movers.

We Respect That Your Home Is Sacred

Pandemic Preparation

Your home is sacred. We kept that in mind when rolling out our statewide COVID-19 policy in March of 2020—just before any official state and local mandates took effect.

We Do What We Say. Always

2020 made us safer, not slower. As top-rated movers, we take our responsibility to you and our Texas communities seriously. This year, we made even more time for causes which are very dear to our hearts— and were also worsened by the pandemic.
