|The crew members arrived as scheduled, were personable, professional, and very efficient. I was moving into a second floor unit. Even without elevators, the crew was efficient and finished way earlier than I thought it would take. I highly recommend this crew.

|Daniel and his crew did an excellent job moving my furniture yesterday. They were on time, professional, and handled everything with care. The whole process was smooth and stress‑free, and they worked efficiently while still being careful with my belongings. I really appreciated their positive attitude and teamwork. |When I signed up with your company, the person on the phone gave me an estimate of the number of hours. It would take to move my office which consisted of four offices and a conference room. Your crew got there an hour and 20 minutes late, and the move took them twice as long as projected, till four in the morning. Domingo was very nice, but the process was very slow and he explained it was much more difficult and it took much longer than expected. I asked repeatedly at midnight if they could come back in the morning and he said it would be much more expensive to do that I will never use your company again, I feel I was charged twice as much as I should’ve been, and I don’t think it was Domingo’s fault

|I was really disappointed that I had to purchase 6 blankets for my piano and have no way to get rid of them after the move. I am hoping that if blankets are needed at the move that I will not be charged for them. I guess I will ask around, but I paid for 35 minutes of a piano move from my living room to my bedroom for over $500 and then had to pay for blankets without realizing that this was a charge. I am happy to pay when I know up front, I get pissed when all of a sudden there is another charge.

|Marshall, Juan, and Alex were friendly and worked so quickly. Moving was super seamless which is such a relief for an already stressful experience. Marshall was especially helpful, communication was easy, and he made sure all of my comcerns were addressed. Highly recommended!
