|I can’t express enough how wonderful these gentlemen were. Punctual, honest, hard working, kind and careful. I have moved over 15 times in my life and never had a move this great! |Joe and team worked their butts off throughout the entire move. We had a TON of stuff and the team was super efficient and productive. They took lots of care with items like large TV and paintings. They asked questions along the way to get any clarity with what items to take and where it goes. Had a great experience and would definitely book Joe and team again.

How do I know your reviews are real and not filtered or purchased?
We publish honest, verified mover reviews and show ratings from Google, Facebook, BBB, and Angi. Houston shows 4.8 from 6,800+ Google reviews, 98% recommend on Facebook, A+ on BBB, and 4.6 on Angi. Reviews are unfiltered, tied to real jobs, and visible by crew.
Do you show both positive and negative reviews?
Yes. Reviews are real and unfiltered, including 1-star feedback. We display ratings site by site and per-crew profiles with stats, so you can see balanced feedback before booking.
What happens if a customer leaves a 1-star review? How do you handle it?
We address issues, support the customer, and use the feedback to improve. Damage claims are formalized in writing via a simple online form, regulated by the state, and TxDOT offers free mediation if needed. Less than 2% of moves result in a claim.
Do you ever remove or hide negative reviews?

How do you resolve situations when a customer is unhappy with their move?

If something gets damaged during the move, how do you compensate or fix it?
Report it, and we will send an online claim form. Claims are state-regulated in writing. Our crews use blankets, runners, and shrink wrap to prevent issues, and fewer than 2% of moves result in a claim.
Are your movers background-checked and trained?
Yes. Crews are licensed and insured. We run clean background checks and publish mover profiles with ratings, years of experience, on-time rates, and move counts. You pick the team you want, not strangers.
Do movers ever work slower to increase billable hours? How do you prevent that?
We don’t keep crews that customers don’t like, and our entire business runs on reviews and repeat customers. You choose your crew based on public performance stats like ratings, on-time percentage, and total move count. Billing is prorated in 15-minute increments, so you only pay for actual time worked.
How do you calculate the final price, and can it increase after the move starts?
You pay an hourly rate plus a fixed travel fee. The travel fee is known at booking, and labor is billed in 15-minute increments after a two-hour minimum.
