- We train extensively and monitor performance against our training
- Safety monitoring on our trucks, meaning goods are transported in a safe, law abiding manner
- We monitor on time rates, holding crews accountable to >90% on time score
- We pay attention to and respond to crew reviews
- If our crews can’t meet the metrics and get bad reviews, we release them
