Alva and her crew were simply fantastic! We couldn’t be happier with their work. It was all work and no play for them. They are hard workers and very nice ladies. It appears they packed my wife’s 300+ bell collection and her biscuit barrel collection very carefully. I know they did a better job than another packing outfit did on these items two years ago. Boxes are well marked. Alva and her crew have our vote for “Crew of the Year”!! Of course the true test will be when we go to unpack but we’re confident all will be fine.

Our Commercial Moving Process
Pre-Move Communication
Our experts work tirelessly to gather all necessary details. This ensures that both our moving crews and you are well-prepared. You can expect:
- A personalized confirmation with rate details and crew information.
- An emailed checklist of commercial-specific tasks to address before moving day.
Crew Arrival And Pre-start Walk Through
Our uniformed, professional movers arrive on time, ready to make your move a breeze. The crew lead will walk through your space to:
- Introducing the team.
- Identify the nearest stairway or elevator.
- Discuss what's being moved.
- Check for pre-existing damages.
- Identify items needing waiver signatures.
- Plan disassembly and reassembly.
- Confirm rates and estimates.
Move Preparation And Protection
Once the crew leader has performed the walk through, then we prep the building, office and your belongings to prevent damages and make executing the move easier for the crew, including:
- Protective runners to prevent damage to flooring
- Shrink wrap for furniture fabrics
- Moving blankets to cover hard surfaces and prevent items from rubbing together during transit
- Tools to properly disassemble/reassemble furniture/other items
Execute Loading The Truck
This is where we shine. You’ll appreciate the care, efficiency, and hustle that our movers exhibit throughout your move. Typically one of the three movers is focused on loading the truck itself, while the other 2 movers are focused on bringing belongings from the house to the truck. This accomplishes the following:
- Our movers load the truck in a manner that makes the best use of space, which will both prevent damage and reduce the possibility of a second trip
- A mover in the truck adds a level of security to prevent theft
Second Walk Through
Once we’ve emptied the business/office space of all belongings that will be moved, our crew will perform another walk through with you to determine:
- All of your possessions to be moved are accounted for
- We make sure that we have all of our tools and equipment back on the truck
- If we’re ready to travel to your destination location
Destination Walk Through
When we arrive at your destination, our crew leader will collaborate with you to determine the placement of your office items. Then our crew will:
- Begin the process of protecting floors
- Unload your belongings per placement direction
- Reassemble any furniture necessary
- Remove any shrinkwrap or move materials used during the move
Final Walk Through And Completion
After completing the final walk through, our crew leader will stop the clock, provide you the details of total hours worked and the final bill for the services completed. You pay and we all get to relax, knowing that the heavy lifting is done!
- Confirm are placed where you want them.
- Clean up any packing materials.
- Reassemble anything taken apart.
- Ensure elevator equipment is clean and ready for the next use.
- Make sure you're satisfied with the final result.
Once this is done, our crew leader will stop the clock, provide you with the total hours worked, and present the final bill. It's time to settle up, and we can all relax, knowing the heavy lifting is done.
