Lance is the Director of Marketing at 3 Men Movers, where he leads efforts to boost visibility, highlight the company’s unique value, and turn new customers into lifelong fans. With 8 years of digital marketing experience in retail and e-commerce—and more than 20 years of expertise in budget planning, performance marketing, and data analysis—Lance uses strategy and insights to strengthen the connection between movers and their customers. Outside the office, he’s passionate about the outdoors, spending winters snowboarding, summers hiking, and finding adventure in every season.
