The entire crew was careful with my items and were able to complete a 1 bedroom + office POD unload on the 3rd floor in just under two hours. The team was also able to put my bed into a loft space and helped with assembly during that time period. Communication with Luis and other members of the company was clear and direct, and the estimate on timing was very accurate. The pricing for the move was very reasonable, especially considering how quick the team was and the amount of work it took to move everything up two flights of stairs. I had arranged for 2 separate trucks. One was to go to my storage unit, and 1 to our short-term rental apartment, and both trucks would unload at our new house. From the packing (468 boxes) plus furniture to the bringing from Texas to Maryland, they were speedy, with not a single thing broken or damaged, quick to get our belongings to us (1 and a half days), arrived early morning on a Friday, and left late afternoon after having placed everything they transported where it needed to go, including the re-assembling and placing of furniture. They did this work with the greatest good grace, kindness, and care for my brand-new home.
