I was told multiple times by customer service at 3 Men Movers that my move was a 2 day move and the guys have a strict 12 hour clock, so I planned around that. Instead, the crew worked into the night until 11pm after a 250 mile move. I was exhausted and wanted them to resume the next day but they wanted to keep going. It was dark outside, doors were kept open and many bugs got into my house. Additionally, an entire closet worth of contents was left at the home we were moving from. The crew didn’t apologize. Instead, they said there wasn’t room on the truck for that stuff anyway. My husband was forced to give away some of the things in the closet because we had no way of moving it (it wouldn’t all fit in his car and we were moving 250 miles away). I’m disappointed in this experience.
