|Robert and his crew were absolutely fantastic. Very professional, organized, and efficient. We were on the 4th floor with an elevator that was out of service - and they still were quick! Would highly recommend his crew.

|I highly suggest that the team or the crew that you had put together for my move yesterday was a terrible use of judgment insight of their own employees worth knowledge and capabilities under the guidance of forever leadership that we're working under when they were conducting my move from Galveston to Houston. Your crew left over over 50% of the items that were in my previous residence just stranding me there with my belongings with no contact nothing but demands for more money for fees and I will be sending videos and pictures of what they did and did not do display nothing but the lack of understanding to a customer who are they trying to overcharge or charge at all for a job they did not complete nowhere near the capacity of what was said and promised by the employer and by the company three-man movers.

|Ashley and her team did an amazing job quickly and carefully packing all of our stuff. They packed up our kitchen, study, and two bedrooms in about 4 hours. Ashley was very professional and friendly. I have already scheduled her and her team to help with unpacking after we move tomorrow.

|Overall pleased. Crew was polite and worked diligently. 2 disappointed items: Pendulum on grand father clock is bent. I will need to find clock specialist to fix it. 1 gash on wall where bar hutch was put at final location. This I will need to paint myself.
