|I was told multiple times by customer service at 3 Men Movers that my move was a 2 day move and the guys have a strict 12 hour clock, so I planned around that. Instead, the crew worked into the night until 11pm after a 250 mile move. I was exhausted and wanted them to resume the next day but they wanted to keep going. It was dark outside, doors were kept open and many bugs got into my house. Additionally, an entire closet worth of contents was left at the home we were moving from. The crew didn’t apologize. Instead, they said there wasn’t room on the truck for that stuff anyway. My husband was forced to give away some of the things in the closet because we had no way of moving it (it wouldn’t all fit in his car and we were moving 250 miles away). I’m disappointed in this experience.

|Excellent leadership and team work. Maria and her team care for your family as they would their own. They do not back away from a challenge. I look forward to having Maria and her team back to unpack when we are ready.

|I really can?t say enough about Luis and his crew. They were timely, very courteous, very very efficient and enormously helpful. They got us loaded in an amazingly short time and got us unloaded and our things placed exactly where we wanted them in an even shorter time. They took great care of everything they moved for us. There was not even the slightest damage to anything, including our house. We were extremely pleased.

|They were so helpful, friendly, and when I made a mistake about where a few things were supposed to go, they changed them with a smile. It was hot and extremely humid and they were sweating but they worked hard to complete my move quickly! They arrived exactly in time. Were very pleased!
