|Crew did a good job. Only reason not a 10 is the two hour minimum. This job was an hour at most. Raises cost of small jobs like this one.

|My expectations were exceeded! Joe was an excellent team leader, extremely accommodating, and flexible to work with. His crew was efficient and time effective. Everyone was courteous, respectful, and got the job done. Having the same packing and moving crew was key for me in making my services successfully coordinated. I am highly satisfied with my entire moving process. I would also like to commend Jules Marcullier, who provided me on target estimate information, answered my questions clearly, effectively, and honestly, and provided excellent service and communication throughout my scheduling and move preparation. Along with the high online reviews for 3 Men Movers, she is the other primary reason I selected this company for my move.

|I am writing to express my concern regarding the moving service I received on Dec 6th. Unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations, and I would appreciate your review and assistance in resolving these issues.The movers arrived and began working at approximately 2:15 PM, but it was apparent from the beginning that they were extremely tired. It seemed this was at least their second?possibly third?move of the day. As a result, they were working very slowly, and the overall pace of the move was significantly affected. Despite moving from a two-bedroom apartment to a house with a relatively standard inventory?two bed sets, a sofa, coffee table, 2 TVs (not wall-mounted), a washer and dryer, and a few boxes/toys, the move was not completed until 7:15 PM. This timeframe did not even include bed assembly, which further could have added to the delay. In comparison to previous moves I?ve had with similar volume, this duration was unusually long.Additionally, after the move, I discovered that my washer had stopped working. I had to call a repair technician, who confirmed the issue was consistent with the appliance being mishandled during transport, likely while it was being brought down from my apartment unit. This has resulted in an unexpected repair cost and inconvenience.Given the above, I kindly request that you look into what happened during this move and advise me on how this situation can be resolved?particularly regarding compensation for the extended labor time and the washer damage.I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to hearing from you soon.

Do movers ever work slower to increase billable hours? How do you prevent that?
We don’t keep crews that customers don’t like, and our entire business runs on reviews and repeat customers. You choose your crew based on public performance stats like ratings, on-time percentage, and total move count. Billing is prorated in 15-minute increments, so you only pay for actual time worked.
How do you calculate the final price, and can it increase after the move starts?
You pay an hourly rate plus a fixed travel fee. The travel fee is known at booking, and labor is billed in 15-minute increments after a two-hour minimum.
