Dora was absolutely fantastic! She made the entire process feel organized, efficient, and well thought out, while always keeping an eye on the best value for us. She also took the time to educate us on ways we could make the move easier and more efficient, which made a real difference.Dora and her crew worked quickly, communicated exceptionally well, and earned our trust almost immediately. They made what could have been a very stressful process feel much more manageable. I certainly don’t look forward to moving again, but if I ever do, I absolutely want Dora at my side!

They got there on time. Worked super quick and handled everything with care. Thank you Uriel and crew!! Definitely using them again if needed.

There were so many problems from start to finish! The communication was terrible. Nothing at all the day before to confirm they were coming the next day. We paid extra for them to pack whatever we didn’t have time to pack and they ran out of boxes, they left 2 drawers full of silverware in my kitchen and other items, they didn’t wrap my artwork, and they rummaged thru my garage and used old duct tape to tape boxes closed, which later reopened and my husband had to spend hours retaping! The movers showed up the next day with a packing container and a truck (because their forklift broke the day before so they couldn’t move the containers). They could NOT get everything into the truck and container so the move got pushed into a third day that my husband had to take work off so he could supervise. Thankfully he was there because he found them shoving my unwrapped pictures at the very bottom of the packing crate! The whole move was very stressful. Lots of issues and that’s with my husband there supervising (and assisting the movers) the entire time. I was very disappointed in the whole experience. Really hoping the move out of storage and into our new house goes more smoothly!

The guys were on time and completed everything in a timely manner. And there were very nice and easy to work with. Would hire this crew again.

They did a fantastic job. Very thorough and informative. Packed everything nice and neat. Asked questions to ensure my things went where I needed them.Very professional.

Lupe & his crew were beyond exceptional! They arrived promptly @ 7am, Lupe assessed the job, & all 4 attacked our move with gusto. We only moved 7 miles, so the guys got just a tiny break before unloading the truck @ the new rez. Almost everything was heavy/bulky; all except the washer, dryer & fridge went to the 2nd floor living room & bedrooms. They never slowed down. Began @ 7:15am, finished @ 10:15am!! We still have half a house left to pack & move/store, & price was so reasonable, we're hiring their company packers to pack what's left, then schedule Lupe & crew for move part 2 in the next week or so. We've moved so much in our life, these guys were heads & shoulders above all others ...& each one was so nice & polite. Hard to put a price on quality service & employees like this!! Thanks!
