|The crew worked efficiently and carefully. I appreciated how much care they took to not scratch doors or walls as they carried furniture in and out of the houses. They arrived right on time and communicated well beforehand.

|They would've received a 10 but it took them an hour longer to get to the destination than it took me. We left at the same time, and he said they didn't stop for lunch. We also took the same route.

|I was going to leave a negative review because my crew was changed twice, once the day of the move, and my move was delayed by almost 2 hours! I was not happy! They should maintain their trucks better. Don't advertise you can handle long distance moves if you can't handle it. When Juan contacted me, I told him what all had transpired, and that I knew it was NOT HIS fault, but please hurry! And my goodness, Juan and his team TOTALLY made up for the company's shortcomings! Juan and his team were absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! I would hire his team again in a heartbeat!! They were reliable, trustworthy, and quick! So easy to communicate and work with! So, what started off shaky ended up very happy! Thank you again to Juan and his team! They are the best!
