We have used 3 Men Movers three times over the last 4–5 years and have always had outstanding experiences. Because of that, this move was incredibly disappointing.For nearly the first three hours, the crew moved at an unusually slow pace. They spent approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes upstairs, despite the upstairs not being fully furnished. In total, it took four hours just to load the truck. We had also sold or donated a significant portion of our belongings before the move and cleared out most of the garage specifically to make the process quicker. Ironically, this move took longer than previous moves when we had a fully furnished house and a garage packed from floor to ceiling.Throughout the move, there were multiple occasions where several crew members stayed inside the truck for 10 or more minutes at a time. It was difficult to understand what was taking so long, especially while the rest of the move had essentially come to a standstill.After almost three hours, we finally addressed our concerns with the crew. Only then did their pace change dramatically. They suddenly began moving very quickly, which only reinforced our belief that the earlier pace was unnecessary. Rather than responding professionally, they seemed annoyed that we had brought it up. They rushed through the remainder of the work, loaded the truck, and left for the next destination without even speaking to us.The entire experience left us feeling disrespected. As two women, it genuinely felt as though our time was not valued. Whether intentional or not, the crew’s behavior gave us the impression that they didn’t feel the need to work efficiently because there wasn’t a man present. That is not something we’ve ever experienced with this company before, and it was deeply disappointing.Because so much time had already been wasted, we made the decision to have them move only a few more items instead of completing the rest of the house and garage. We now have to hire someone else to finish the job, resulting in additional time, stress, and expense.3 Men Movers has always been the company I recommended without hesitation. Unfortunately, after this experience, I can no longer recommend them or trust them with future moves. For a premium-priced service, I expect professionalism, efficiency, and respect for my time. This crew fell well short of those expectations.

Excellent!!! Very friendly, quick, and careful with our things. Even moved our trash cans out to ensure the trash truck picked them up during the move. Very thoughtful.
