My appointment was for 7 am on Wednesday. Received call late Tuesday that movers wanted to start later because of how far they were coming. I said 8:30 am. They arrived closer to 9:30 am. Gerardo wanted to split move into 2 trips because the next stop was really close. I have used this moving service for years and never had to do that. I said no. Gerardo asked to use my restroom twice. He must have been sick because he was in the restroom a long time. Then the next request was lunch break after they already wanted to come late. This move took longer than it should. The other 2 workers were ok. But I?ve had better leads supervising the move. I?m sure you all can see the moves from previous years. I?ve moved further distances than this and those took all day. This move shouldn?t have. I will not be using your services again.

I did not have an issue with Raul. They were actually great! My problem was with the poor communication between dispatch and the movers. I had no less than 3 different movers call me on the day of my move at different times, telling me they were in the way! Even though I?d specifically scheduled a time after 2 pm!Also on your website, it was recommended that I purchase a box from Home Depot for better protection for my large screen tv. I did just that, then was told it was not optimal. Also, the packers left chest drawers full of clothes, which my fianc? had to pack up, even though I paid for the ?white glove service?!I?ve been trying to reach Lily, the manager for the second day, to discuss my displeasure, but she?s been ?out of the office? every time I call. I just spent nearly $3,000 for my move, and it was not stress free!I do not this company to anybody!
