|Alicia and her crew absolutely exceeded any expectations we had about having someone else pack up our belongings. She arrived on time and ready to get started. The team worked efficiently and were able to use the boxes we had on hand to help us save money for materials. They were all personable and professional and made the entire experience easy for us. We are also hiring this same team to help us unpack because we are so happy with their work and congenial attitudes. Highly recommend them - they were the best!

|Alicia and her team were amazing! They treated our belongings more carefully than we ever would! Alicia is a great communicator - she kept me posted about what supplies they needed throughout the job. She, Jenny, and Elvia are a seamless, hardworking team. I would definitely work with them again!

|They were incredibly slow. It felt like they were purposefully moving slowly. They took over an hour lunch break and then tried to charge me for it. They were careless with items and placed boxes in wrong rooms. Boxes were clearly marked and they put in wrong rooms. They were not familiar with high end furnishings and were not careful. The crew leader left the other men to assemble the furniture while he waited outside. They were pleasant, but I would not hire them again.
