A three-mover crew is $199 Tuesday and Wednesday, $209 Monday and Thursday, and $229 Friday through Sunday. There's also a trip fee (starts at $99) based on the actual miles the crew drives. Building parking and access and extra stops may increase the price. You won't pay any extra for stairs, elevators, long carries, basic disassembly and reassembly, or fuel add-ons. Yes. A Certificate of Insurance is generated specifically for your Fort Worth address and sent to you automatically when you book, without you having to ask, and names your property manager as additional insured. Many offices and high-rises (especially in Downtown and Clearfork) also want the approved vendor list before the freight elevator is released. In buildings that allow after-hours moving, the work can be split across nights.
Yes. The move expert is the single point of contact for both your IT lead and building management, so all your IT concerns will run through them. Your IT team will disconnect servers, network, and gear and pack computers and monitors, and our crew will pack and move cubicles, workstations, files, and furniture. Cubicles need to be free of hardwiring; if they are hardwired, an electrician disconnects them first, and we reassemble them in the same layout. After arriving at the new office, they will reassemble and unpack. We do not install networks or rebuild a new floor plan, but will make sure each one of your items is delivered safely and quickly.
Yes. If you provide your expert with the lease and date first, they will schedule the move backward from that day, so you don't have to pay both rents. If there is a gap between the two leases, we can help you find a storage unit and move your items into it.
Yes, we move businesses across the city. In Downtown, offices are common, so we move workstations, files, and furniture after hours. In Alliance warehouses and North Fort Worth, we load from the dock. Downtown: Sundance area and downtown are hubs of offices and Class A towers in Fort Worth, so loading there means booked times and docks.
Alliance: This area is full of warehouses and distribution hubs, especially near the airport. Moves will need dock-high bays and open floors, so we'll confirm the process before booking.
Clearfork and West 7th: This area has a lot of newer offices and retail shops. Each of these has its own hours, which will be confirmed beforehand. Storefronts may have tight curb space, which keeps our hours limited. Chisholm Trail Parkway, the main approach to Clearfork from Downtown, is a toll road, and tolls are included in the rate.
Near Southside and Medical District: A lot of older buildings and clinics sit in this area, and halls and load-ins may be tight. Since the equipment is delicate, it may need extra wrap, and scoping becomes more important.
Access and Building Requirements (Downtown & Clearfork)
Before our crew arrives at the building or office, the property manager usually requires these files:
- COI naming your property manager as an additional insured. It is generated for that address and sent to you automatically at booking, for you to forward.
- A W-9 (Sent the same day you ask)
- A Spot on the Approved Vendor list
After you confirm the building moving hours, reserve the freight elevators and loading docks.
You'll be in touch with one expert throughout the whole process, and after the bookings are done, they'll match crew size to the move (three movers as standard, and you can add more if time is tight). The clock starts when the crew leader checks you in.
The quote shows the hourly rate and trip fee. The bill is hours worked plus that fee. You won't pay any extra fee for stairs, elevators, or long carries.
We Move Off-hours So You Don't Lose Time
The downtime is usually one of the hidden but big costs in every business's move. Our crews can start the job after hours or on the weekends, so you won't miss even a day of work. We try to move at a time that fits the business. Tell your expert about the lease date first. They will schedule backward from that day.
If you can't close the whole business for the move, ask about a phased move through our Enterprise Division, so other teams keep working. If there is a gap between your new space and your old lease, we can help you find a storage unit and move your items into it. Worried about IT equipment? Our crew does not disconnect servers or monitors (your team handles them), but they will pack and move all other items and then unpack each one in its own place.
Fort Worth traffic matters too: I-35W north toward Alliance, I-30 east-west, and Loop 820 around the city clog at rush hour, so tell your expert if your move window falls near it.

Timeline of Your Move
On move day, the crew will arrive and protect the floors with runners and wrap every item that needs protecting. They will take workstations and cubicles, then load the truck so the load is done in a short time, and items are attended to. As soon as the crew leaves our office, before anything is loaded, you get a live track link with the crew leader's name, photo, review rating, and a live map.
After arriving at the new location, the crew will place items where you point and assemble what they took apart.
