Dresser drawers and filing cabinets must be emptied before the crew begins. For TVs: they must be dismounted and properly boxed before the crew arrives. If a TV is not in its original or professional box, the crew can wrap it in blankets and shrink wrap, but a signed waiver is required. Crews do not disconnect or reconnect any electronics or appliances - customers must handle this before the crew arrives and after delivery.

Yes - a person 18 or older must be present for the entire duration of the service to sign the team in and out. You do not need to supervise every step, but you must be available throughout.
