40+ Years. Same Name. Same Family.

40+ Years. Same Name. Same Family.

Founded in Houston in 1985 by John Fischer, still run by the same family today. In an industry where companies rebrand to shed bad reputations, 40+ years under one name speaks for itself.

Packers Arrive the Day Before. Unpackers the Day After.

Your packing crew comes the day before your move. Unpackers arrive the day after. Move day stays focused on loading and transport - not on racing to finish boxes while the truck waits outside.

Your Moving Questions, Answered

More Questions

Packing labor is billed at the same hourly rates as a standard move for your crew size: $199 on Tuesday and Wednesday, $209 on Monday and Thursday, and $229 Friday through Sunday. Materials are billed separately based on actual usage only - you never pay for supplies you don't use. Current materials pricing includes: small boxes $2.22, dish packs $6.15, and wardrobe boxes $12.30. Final costs vary based on home size, number of rooms, and the volume of fragile or high-value items.

Your packing crew arrives with all necessary materials and handles wrapping, boxing, and securing your belongings, including high-value and fragile items like dishes, glassware, mirrors, and delicate décor. What is not included or not packed under any circumstances: cash, jewelry, firearms, ammunition, hazardous chemicals, and open bottles of alcohol. Customers must transport these themselves. Dresser drawers and filing cabinets must be emptied before the crew begins. For TVs: they must be dismounted and properly boxed before the crew arrives. If a TV is not in its original or professional box, the crew can wrap it in blankets and shrink wrap, but a signed waiver is required. Crews do not disconnect or reconnect any electronics or appliances - customers must handle this before the crew arrives and after delivery.

For most standard residential moves, packers arrive the day before your move. Unpackers, if booked, arrive the day after. This structure keeps your actual move day short and manageable - the truck is loaded and gone without your home being in full packing chaos at the same time. It also gives the crew adequate time to handle fragile and high-value items properly, rather than rushing through packing on move morning.

Yes. Packing crews are specifically trained for fragile and high-value items, including fine china, glassware, mirrors, and delicate décor. Before any work begins, the crew completes a digital Inspection and Item Release form on iPad, documenting pre-existing damage and logging any exempted items - such as TVs being wrapped rather than boxed - with photos. This timestamped record is the primary evidence base if any dispute arises. If you have items of exceptional value, flag them at booking so the crew arrives prepared.

Yes - a person 18 or older must be present for the entire duration of the service to sign the team in and out. You do not need to supervise every step, but you must be available throughout. At the start, the Crew Leader - identifiable by their Red 3 Men Movers shirt - will walk through the home with you to confirm priorities and note any items to exclude or handle differently. Helpers wear Navy Blue. All movers are background-checked professionals, and you can review crew bios, ratings, and real customer reviews before your booking is confirmed.

Partial packing is available. A common approach is to pack most of the home yourself and hire the crew specifically for the kitchen, fragile items, or rooms with the highest concentration of breakables. During the booking call, your Move Expert will ask about the number of rooms, special items, and fragile inventory so the crew arrives with the right materials and a realistic time estimate. You only pay for the labor hours and materials actually used.

Standard cancellations carry a $0 fee, provided you cancel before the crew is dispatched. The $25 collected at booking is a partial payment of the $99 Travel Fee, applied directly to your total bill, and is fully refundable with at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel while the crew is already en route, the Travel Fee is charged as a No-Show fee. For same-day packing services, the deposit collected at booking is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, contact your Move Expert as early as possible - packing slots, especially the day before a move date, are time-sensitive and availability is limited.
