There is a 2-hour minimum, and you pay for actual time worked, from check-in to sign-out. A one-time Trip Fee starts at $99 and is based on the actual miles your crew drives. You see both in your online quote before you book. Three movers finish about 40% faster than two, which keeps your hours down. A typical 2,000 sq ft home runs $1,000 to $1,500.

Perfect Move Certified is our crew training program. Crew leaders earn it before they take jobs, and everyone on their crews goes through it too. It has two parts. Hands-on skills: crews learn to protect furniture with moving blankets and plastic wrap so it arrives without scratches or dings, and they practice on real furniture and specialty equipment like a piano and a fridge in our office. To pass, they take a written test and a hands-on test. Customer care: crews are trained in customer service and soft skills, like making you comfortable with strangers in your home and handling sensitive moves, such as a move after a loss or a senior downsizing. You see the badge on every crew profile when you book.

Fewer than 2 in 100 of our moves result in a claim, compared with about 15 in 100 industry-wide. Crews that miss our standards, or trucks that fail the monthly inspection, come off the schedule. If something does happen, call our office as soon as possible, ideally the same day, and share photos. Our claims department handles your claim from start to finish. We review every claim case by case and decide what is fair based on what happened, not only on the state minimum.

Tell us your reserved time when you book so we schedule the crew to match. Your certificate of insurance is sent automatically in your booking confirmation email, so you can forward it to your building manager.

Yes. Fiesta in April narrows and closes streets downtown and around the River Walk, and parking gets tight. Tell us your address when you book, and your crew leader plans truck access and timing around it. If your street or building has event rules, check with your building manager as well.

Use our Portable Storage. It covers the gap when you close on a sale before your new home is ready, a renovation has you out for a few weeks, you’re downsizing and sorting what stays, or you’re clearing a house to sell. We deliver the unit to your home, and our crews load everything into it, which matters in a San Antonio summer when you’d otherwise spend a day hauling boxes in the heat. Popular alternatives drop off the unit and leave all the loading to you. We store your unit at our facility, and when your new place is ready, we redeliver it and your crew unloads it. You book online and pay a deposit, and you can track the delivery truck live, the same as on a move.
