All of our moves are priced on an hourly rate plus a trip fee. Tuesday and Wednesday are $199/hour, Monday and Thursday are $209/hour, and Friday through Sunday are $229/hour. The trip fee starts at $99 and is based on the actual miles the crew drives. A $25 deposit holds the date and crew for you. There are no flat rates, so you pay for the time the crew actually works. Home size, packing, and access points add hours.

The hourly rate covers three movers, a 24 ft truck, and the items they bring, including blankets, floor runners, padded truck lining, stretch wrap, and a full toolbox. There's no tax on moving services and no added fee for heavy items or stairs. The move has a 2-hour minimum, and billing is in 15-minute increments after that. The clock starts at sign-in and stops at sign-out, so you are only billed while the crew is working. Packing is extra, but the hourly rate is the same.

A Flower Mound move can take anywhere between 2 hours (for studios or 1-bedroom apartments) and 8 hours (for larger four-bedroom homes). Once everything is packed, loading the truck can take 4 to 6 hours. A long walk from the door, stairs, or a gate delay can add time to your move. A three-person crew works about 40% faster than a two-person crew, and most movers only send two, so you pay for fewer hours. If time is really tight, you can add more movers.

When you book, you send the gate code, guard house instructions, any truck hour window, and whether the association wants a certificate of insurance (COI). Our online booking form takes a few minutes, and the date will be yours with a $25 deposit that comes off the final bill. Rescheduling is free. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the move, the deposit comes back in full. Try to move midweek if you want a lower rate.

Yes. Packing is scheduled before move day, on whatever day works for you, so move day stays clear and boxes stay safe and in order. We pack full-house or partial, with kitchen and closets being the most popular partial options. Packing is billed at the same hourly rate as the move, plus only the materials we actually use, with no flat materials fee. Packers use your own boxes or bring new ones. If you pack yourself, boxes need to be sealed before the crew arrives.

Fewer than 2 in 100 of our moves end in a claim, with the industry standard at about 15 in 100, and all claims are answered within 24 hours. You will keep prescriptions, jewelry, cash, and important documents with you since they won't come on the truck. If we quote a rate by mistake, we honor it.
