Keller Williams Realty agent Dean Sueltenfuss goes by many names. He is known to some as “the dean of real estate”, to many as “the king of the open house”, and to a couple of people as Dean. His many monicures and trail of accolades stem from his dedication to excellence. At nine years as a successful realtor, he has a streak of satisfied clients that is over a decade long. He has served on the board of directors for the Agent Leadership Council and has been a faculty member, teaching both seasoned and new agents, for nine years. He is an expert negotiator and is also certified in farm and ranch sales.
Dean was born and raised in San Antonio. His parents still live on the South Side and he takes pride in the fact that he is making an impact on his community. After graduating from Texas A&M with a degree Poultry Science in 1988, he went to work for Tyson Foods and Frito Lay. He received his real estate license in 2005 and has been making strides in the San Antonio market ever since.
